Der Kurs war ausgezeichnet organisiert. Es waren 5 Trainer, einer davon Jeff Sutherland. Besser geht's nicht. Alle standen auch abends nach der Veranstaltung, für Fragen und Erfahrungsaustausch zur Verfügung.
Die Wissensvermittlung wurde unmittelbar an praktische Übungen gekoppelt. Das direkte Erleben erheblicher Performancesteigerungen (Qualität und Quantität), räumt letzte Zweifel aus. Eine winzige 2-Minuten-Übung mit Kollegen hat hier (zurück im Büro-Alltag) schon mal für einen Denkanstoß bei Skeptikern gereicht. (Dabei soll's nicht bleiben.)
Es war ein großartiger Spirit in der Trainingsgruppe. Jede Menge Spaß beim Üben (unter fiesem Zeitdruck) und gute Argumente für ein besseres (Arbeits-)Leben machen für mich die Sache rund.
Ich hätte noch tagelang weiter machen können. Schade, dass es schon vorbei ist.
Solche Schulungen hätte ich gern immer. Das war mit Abstand eine meiner Besten. Herzlichen Dank für zwei wirklich grandiose Tage.
