Vielen Dank für diese sehr strukturierte und inhaltlich sehr interessante Schulung! Der Anteil der Gruppenarbeit und des theoretischen Teils war ausgewogen (wobei ich den theoretischen Teil wahrscheinlich dank des MIRO-Boards gar nicht so empfunden habe).
Ich habe aktuell die Rolle des POs in einem Scrum-Team in SAFe und für mich ist es immer wichtig, den Nutzer im Blick zu haben, wenn ich Features und Storys priorisieren muss. Da wir nicht immer den direkten Kontakt zum Endnutzer haben, sondern viele Features vorgegeben bekommen, arbeiten wir sehr viel mit Hypothesen. Wir alle wissen, dass Hypothesen nur Annahmen sind, aber die Methodik, uns das mit dem Lean UX Canvas immer wieder bewusst zu machen, fand ich sehr aufschlussreich. Und mir ist klar geworden, dass es nicht immer eines großen Aufwandes bedarf, mehr Nutzerinformationen einzuholen, um auf der Wahrheitsskala mehr nach oben zu kommen. Ich werde den Lean UX öfter benutzen.
Was mir noch Probleme bereitet hat, waren einige Definitionen bzgl. Output, Outcome, Benefits. Dazu werde ich mich nochmal informieren.“ [...]

They relly helped us understand the deeper meaning of the values and principles behind scrum.
